Ben and Léo (Benoît Waber and Léonard Gamba) are two young chefs that get famous in Switzerland by participating in a TV cooking contest. Working together, they started to build a network of restaurants in Fribourg with the Café de la Fonderie as a first step, providing a contemporary fine dining experience.
