The Restaurant de l’Ecu in Bulle is a nicely renovated restaurant that offers fine gourmet French cuisine in in a casual setting of the center of the Bulle with a friendly and professional staff.
On the menu of the Restaurant de l’Ecu you will find dishes like a fried duck foie gras with apples and gingerbread; a carpaccio of scallops with granny smith apples and celery; confit of lamb with beans; tenderloin beef. The cook is also inspired by the local products with for instance the famous meringues and Gruyère double cream available for dessert. The wine list is extensive with prices seem very reasonable.
